NEW #pages template...

some people have failed using the famous /id-pages which saddens me greatly... so i thought i'd simplify it in order to make it easier to understand and less likely to break!!! the main additions were giving the first page its own id and making it show up with a :has(:target) when you open the page :smile:

you can add more classes, styling, whatever, and it should still work. UPDATE my dumbass had #forgotten to add the scroll padding so it doesn't scroll down when you click on a page but it's here now. oops
